The Guinness Arms is fitted with Wi-Fi, to use simply connect to ‘Guinness-Guest’, there is no password required.
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all types of credit and debit card including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Check-In/Out-Time
Rooms are available to check in from 2.00pm, earlier check-in or late check-out (12pm) can be arranged with prior notice with a supplementary cost.
Please check-out of your room by 11.00am on the day of departure. Also for security purposes please leave your room key with someone in reception on departure.
We are able to offer luggage storage.

Housekeeping
Our housekeeping department services the rooms daily. If you would like fresh towels please leave your old towels in the bath or shower. If you do not wish for your room to be serviced please leave the ‘Do not disturb’ on the outside of your door.

We have an iron and ironing board which are located in the wardrobe of the room.
Pillows and Blankets
There are extra pillows and blankets available in your wardrobe. Please let us know if you require more.

Our Elsyl toiletries are made from recycled materials, organic and sustainable materials.

All of our rooms are fitted with complete climate control.

Please let us know if you require a morning wake-up call, one of our staff will be happy to assist.
Dog friendly
The Guinness Arms is dog friendly in both our bar and snug dining areas. Also some of our individually styled boutique bedrooms are dog friendly. Please make a note on your booking or inform a member of staff in advance if you will be brining your four legged friend with you.
